Every dollar stays in the neighborhood
MNA is an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Your tax-deductible gift pays for the events, plantings, and communication that hold the neighborhood together.
Where your gift goes
MNA charges no dues and runs entirely on donations. In the year before the April 2026 Annual Meeting, expenses of $2,949 outpaced donations of $1,740.
Neighborhood events
Halloween in the Park, spring and fall cleanups, and socials like the Midtown Ice Cream Social.
Beautification
New plants and sign repairs for the traffic chicanes, which the City owns but MNA maintains, and new plantings planned for the Pocket Park.
Communication
The City mails our newsletter to every household. MNA pays for color printing, plus our PO box and this website.
Advocacy
Representing residents on development, traffic, parking, and safety with the City and County.
